A.D.’s original paintings focus on the beauty of women to create upscale life-size and larger fine art nudes, figurative works and portraits. These realistic paintings are created with acrylic on specially prepared canvas. Often requiring a hundred hours or more to complete an individual painting. Considered by many to be heirloom artworks, these originals are created on a very limited basis. Commissions considered.

Original Figurative Artworks on Metal

A.D.’s original figurative paintings on metal are exciting and whimsical. Starting with an aluminum sheet, A.D.’s grinds the metal to compliment the imagery he will paint on its surface. Sometimes the edges are shaped and distorted to add to the imagery. Often mixed-media artworks, these paintings feature color shifting urethane paints, gold leafs and other mediums to create illusions and effects for a completely unique and contemporary art form. Original Abstract Artworks on Metal

A.D.’s original abstract paintings on metal make a truly unique statement. These mixed-media paintings have a stylized look about them and are painted in urethanes combined with metal leafs, candy colors and special treatments. Grinding and scribing of the metal adds depth and dimension, creating beautiful illusions of color and light. Each artwork is uniquely created by the artist assuring that it is a unique original.
